Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied and feel that your Marba sweater is just right for you and your child.

If for some reason you are not, we accept returns with a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) if returned within 14 days of receiving your order .

This is how it works:

• Returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage).

• Return label: 45 SEK.

To make a return, please contact us first at hello@marbastudio.se . We will send you your return label and help you through the process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent without prior notice.

We are here to make it easy, safe and convenient.

Return guide:

1. Contact us
   Email hello@marbastudio.se with your order number and what you want to return. We will send you a return slip (45 SEK) and all the info you need.

2. Pack nicely
   Place the item in the original packaging (or something equivalent) and pack it properly so that it is protected during the journey back to us.

3. Attach the return label
   Print the return label, attach it to the package and hand it in at any PostNord agent.

4. Get your money back
   Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation via email and we will refund the purchase price (excluding return shipping and any original postage). The money will usually appear within 7 days - please contact us if it takes longer.

Important to know:

• Items must be in perfect condition with tags still attached – just as they were when you received them.
